9 Days Zambia Safari Circuit Experience

In the morning, we venture out on a tour of Livingstone Island before returning to our lodge for lunch.  In the afternoon you have the option of partaking in one of the many activities offered by the lodge that is included in your stay.

The day’s engagements include:

• Sunrise and sunset boat trip on the Zambezi


• Lunch on Local Island with guided walk


• Fishing (equipment provided)


• Visit to the Victoria Falls on the Zambian Side (falls entrance fees are excl.)


• Game drive in the Mosi-Oa-Tunya National park (Park fees are extra)


• Walk in the gorge below the Falls


• Cultural visit to the museum (Museum entrance is US$ 5 per person)


• Mountain bike trail to local village

Pick up is at 06H45AM and the day is spent on a full day activity at the famous Chobe National Park. The ultimate safari experience unfolds on a day trip to Chobe National Park in Botswana, which boasts the world’s largest elephant population. The game cruise on the Chobe River brings you close to brilliant bird life, pods of wallowing hippos, primeval crocodiles and elephants in their sheer number. The afternoon land-based safari heads deeper into the park to spot the elusive big cats that call Chobe their home.

After an early morning optional visit to Victoria Falls on the Zambian side, you will be transferred to Livingstone Airport for your charter flight to South Luangwa National Park via Lusaka.  Upon your arrival in the late afternoon, you will meet your guide at the Mfuwe Airport and get transferred to your lodge for the next two nights.

South Luangwa is renowned as one of Africa’s greatest wildlife sanctuaries and is home to an abundance of game, which frequents the Luangwa River and its oxbow lagoons. The Luangwa River is the most intact river system in Africa and is the life blood of the park’s 9,050 km² (3,500 square miles).

Included in your stay: Take a boat ride across the river to enjoy direct access into the game rich Luangwa Park or spend an afternoon on the deck of your villa watching elephant come down to the river to drink. Both options guarantee that you have the most memorable time.

All meals will be served at the camp.

Overnight: Chinzombo Camp

After breakfast you will be transferred to the Mfuwe Airport for your flight to the Lower Zambezi National Park via Lusaka. Upon you arrival at the airstrip, a guide will meet you and transfer you to Sausage Tree Camp, your lodge for the next few nights.

The Lower Zambezi National Park is a must and Sausage Tree Camp will show you the very best of what the park has to offer.

Sausage Tree Camp offers some of the finest game viewing in natural habitats anywhere in Africa. It's location within the Lower Zambezi National Park on the banks of the Zambezi River means that game viewing activities take place both on water by boat and canoes, on land with four-wheel drive game viewing vehicles or on foot (bush walks). The camp is well equipped with game viewing vehicles, boats and canoes allowing us to easily cater to the personal and individual needs of all our guests.

Overnight: Sausage Tree Camp

After breakfast, you will be transferred to the airstrip for your charter flight to Lusaka where your tour comes to an end. We hope you have had the most memorable tour in Zambia.
