6 Days Explore Okavango Delta Tour

This morning you leave Maun for the Okavango delta and enjoy an exciting drive along the way, with high chances of seeing large heads of elephants. You will arrive at the designated Mokoro station, then board a Mokoro in the channels and streams of the Okavango Delta. After the cruise, we will have a picnic bush lunch by the lagoons of the Okavango delta before departing back to the lodge.

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Moremi Game Reserve, the best national park in Botswana where one can do game drives and wildlife viewing. During your drive to Moremi Game Reserve, you will have time to see all sorts of wildlife.

Overnight: Third bridge campsite

After rising early and being offered tea or coffee and some continental breakfast you will be taken for a sunrise morning game drive before coming back for brunch. After your meal, you can rest under the big shading trees listening to birds singing before your afternoon Boat cruise. Later in the evening, you will return to camp for dinner and your overnight stay.

After a hot shower and breakfast, we will go on a bush walk and night game drive through the park to Khwai while enjoying the scenery of wildlife on our way. The Khwai River serves as the border between the local Khwai Community Area and the reserve. Additionally, you will participate on a 2.5-hour mokoro excursion in a traditional dug-out canoe, exploring canals and lagoons at a leisurely pace.

Overnight: Khwai guest house/Saguni safari lodge

Pick-up time to Maun International Airport depends on your flight schedule. Have breakfast at the hotel and check-out. You will then be transferred for your onward departure flight. We hope you had a memorable holiday and have a safe flight back home.
