11 Days Namibia Private Guided Tour

Day purely spent at leisure. An optional city tour at 15H30 can be booked N$/ZAR 650 per person. For dinner, we recommend Joe’s Beer House or Leo’s Garden Restaurant (N$/ZAR 100.00 per one-way transfer).

After breakfast, depart to your accommodation in Sossusvlei. Optional scenic sundowner can be booked at N$/ZAR 380 per person. The evening is spent at leisure. Sossusvlei is where you will find the iconic red sand dunes of the Namib. Aside from the attractions at Sossusvlei like Dune 45, Hiddenvlei, Big Daddy and Deadvlei - other attractions in the area include the Sesriem Canyon and Namib-Naukluft National Park, where the mountains of the Namib meet its plains.

Overnight: Desert Camp

This day is purely devoted to exploring Sossusvlei, embark on the morning Sossusvlei excursion; visit Dune 45, Deadvlei, Elim Dunes, and Sesriem Canyon with your guide in your rented vehicle. Park Fees included. The evening is spent at leisure.

After breakfast depart to Swakopmund en route make a stop at Solitaire for the best Apple pie in Africa and do not miss the photographic opportunity at the Tropic of Capricorn sign.  In Walvis Bay visit the Lagoon before proceeding to your Guesthouse. Evening explore the beach on foot. For dinner, we recommend The Tug Restaurant (own account). 

Overnight: Royal Sea Star Guesthouse

Today deserves an early start; departing to Walvis Bay at 08h00 for the full day Marine Desert Adventure combo (Boat cruise followed by a 4x4 Sandwich Harbour Tour (champagne, soft drinks, cold beers, fresh Oysters and finger food included): Dinner we recommend Tiger Reef Bar & Grill (own account).

Departing from Swakopmund, head to Damaraland en route visit Twyfelfontein UNESCO heritage site, Burnt Mountain, and Organ Pipes (Park fees included). Dinner at your lodge is included. Twyfelfontein is a spectacularly scenic area in Namibia featuring one of the largest and most important concentrations of rock art in Africa. The name ‘Twyfelfontein’ translates to ‘Fountain of Doubt’, which refers to the perennial spring situated in the impressive Huab Valley flanked by the slopes of a sandstone table mountain.

Overnight: Lodge Damaraland

After breakfast depart to Etosha en route optional Himba village visit N$/ZAR 300 per person payable at the village. Check-in at your lodge and the evening is spent at leisure. Visitors can catch a glimpse of a variety of wildlife including lions, giraffes, elephants, white and black rhinos, and a multitude of plains game. Popular activities include: enjoying an open 4x4 safari with an expert guide, half-day or full-day drives with the option of a picnic lunch with wine on the full-day game drive.

Overnight: Toshari Lodge (Etosha Gateway)

At 07H00 depart for a full day game drive in Etosha National Park with your rented vehicle. Park Fees N$/ZAR 150 per person and N$/ZAR per vehicle payable at the gate not included. Dinner at your lodge included.

Today’s journey takes you back to Windhoek en route make a stop at Okahandja wood carving Market for a souvenir or two. Arriving in Windhoek, explore city centre and dinner we recommend at your Guesthouse or at Cape Town Fish Market (own account). Say good bye to your guide.

Overnight: Little Forest Garden Retreat Guesthouse

Have breakfast and meet for a tour debriefing. Transfer to Hosea Kutako International Airport and have a safe flight back home.
