12 Days Victoria Falls, Kariba and Mana Pools Tour

After a hearty breakfast, you will be picked up for a tour of the falls. Victoria Falls, one of the first natural marvels of the world, is a World Heritage Site and a very well-liked tourist destination. The guided tour of the falls lasts around two hours which includes an intriguing account of how the falls were discovered.

The rest of the day can be spent at leisure or partaking in one of the included activities at the lodge

You will travel by road and make a transfer to Hwange National Park from Victoria Falls. Hwange is the largest national park in Zimbabwe and has almost 400 species of birds and roughly 110 species of animals. Game drives here are unforgettable because of the numerous water holes where variety of wildlife can be sighted.

After arriving, you will have lunch and then proceed for a game drive for the rest of the afternoon.

After an early breakfast, explore Hwange National Park through a variety of activities while you stay at Somalisa Camp. Activities for you to enjoy include walking safaris, led by our expert guides who will share their knowledge and love of wildlife with you. Go on to enjoy game drives and cultural visits too.

Have breakfast at the hotel then board and set off to further explore Hwange National Park. Enjoy lunch at one of the waterholes as you observe beautiful wildlife in a distance. You will go back to the lodge just before sunset and freshen up.

Enjoy a great breakfast and a morning safari activity before checking out. You will then be transferred to the local airstrip and board a plane transfer to Bumi Hills on Lake Kariba. This really is the very best view of the lake and the sunsets are jaw-dropping.

After a hearty lunch, you will experience what many describe as the best sunset destination in the world. Sunset drinks and canapes are served on the boat. A wonderful dinner will be ready on your arrival back at the lodge.

After breakfast, you will make a transfer to Hwange Airport for your chartered flight to Matusadona National Park on the banks of Lake Kariba.
There are a varied range of exciting and relaxing activities to choose from including both morning and afternoon game drives, fishing for the famed fighting Tiger fish and stunning game walks on the concession with an experienced and knowledgeable guide.

After you have breakfast in the morning, engage in different activities that provide you with a choice of how you wish to spend the day. It could be early morning game walks, fishing for the famed fighting tiger fish and wildlife photography while on a game drive – these are just a few of the adventures on offer.
For those that want to take some time out to relax, you do not have to venture too far from camp to see wildlife as there are regular visitors including elephants, bush babies, monkeys, squirrels and on the rare occasion, a resident leopard.

After breakfast, set off for the airstrip for your charter flight to Mana Pools National Park.
Situated in a large private concession in the heart of the Zambezi Valley’s Mana Pools National Park, Ruckomechi looks out from the banks of the Zambezi River. It is a sight to behold with spectacular views of the broad flowing river, the adjacent woodland and the mountains of the Rift Valley escarpment.
Overnight: Ruckomechi Camp

Spend the day at leisure or partake in one or more of the many optional activities on offer at the camp. You can go canoeing along the mighty river, a walking safari, game drives, boat river cruises or camp out under the stars.

After breakfast, guests are taken by scheduled road transfer to the Airport for their onward travel arrangements. We hope you had a memorable holiday and wish you a safe flight back home.
