The nation’s diverse range of African cultures is influenced by over 70 unique ethnic groups from the Masai, Samburu, Kikuyu, and Turkana tribes to the Arabs and Indians settling at the coast. Add to this: an exquisite tropical coastline fringed with breath-taking golden sand beaches; gorgeous coral gardens providing excellent snorkelling and diving opportunities; and a slew of lively beach resorts!

Your Kenyan adventure kicks off with Masai Mara (wildlife sighting, balloon safari, wilderness sundowner/bush picnic and Masai Bomas), to Lake Naivasha for a Boat Ride and Crescent Island Walking Safari. Continue to Hell’s Gate and Mount Longonot for active adventures; engage in activities like rock climbing, bike tours, visiting Olkaria Hot springs and Mount Longonot Guided Hike. Taste Kenya’s coffee to Nairobi for a City tour, with a bush breakfast and safari in Nairobi National Park, then down-south to Amboseli and Tsavo West/East – More game viewing, scenic views and bush picnics await!

Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta Int. Airport, you will be received by our dedicated safari guide. Have a briefing for the trip and transfer to your hotel in Nairobi City.

Pick-up Time: 07:00AM. Early breakfast and departure to Masai Mara National Reserve. Stopover at the Great Rift Valley ViewpointTake a break at the lookout to admire the splendid vistas of the rift valley; with its dramatic escarpments, lush greenery with a view of Mt. Longonot. Continue to Masai Mara: Arriving to check-in and have lunch before the afternoon engagements. Late afternoon: Visit the Masai Cultural Bomas – The Masai are a pastoralist group (with Nilotic origins) inhabiting some parts of Kenya and northern Tanzania. Get to know about their traditional lifestyle: dressing style, diet, housing (Masai Manyattas) and authentic arts as well as the Moran worriers. Wind-up with an African Sundowner Treat – Arrive at the sundowner site earlier to catch the magical golden-hour (sunset). This is a special moment to experience the sun on its way down the horizon in an African Wilderness.

Return to the lodge late evening to refresh for dinner.

Day 3 – Pickup at 06:30AM. Early breakfast and go for a full day guided game drive.
This safari is set at a slower pace to maximize your opportunities for game viewing; it includes an extension to the legendary Mara River – An iconic venue where the seasonal Wildebeest Migration occurs. Do not forget a picture at the Kenya–Tanzania boundary which connects Masai Mara to the vast Serengeti Plains. By chance, and it is the Migration Season; you may witness the Great Wildebeest Migration (Natural Wonder of the World), where millions of Wildebeests and Zebras crossover from the Serengeti Plains into Masai Mara. This famous animal event also features the “Big-Five” (Lion, Leopard, Buffalo, Elephant and Rhino) with several Antelopes, Giraffe Towers and numerous Birds. Enjoy your Bush Picnic Lunch within the park – This is the best time feel the savannah breeze amid stunning views. Dinner at the lodge.

Day 4 – Pickup at 04:00AM: Masai Mara Balloon Safari – Depart the lodge very early to the Balloon launch site; arriving by 06:00AM. Enjoy a scenic balloon ride at sunrise, with a bush breakfast. The balloon flight lasts an hour and lands not later than 7:45AM – Followed by a sumptuous Bush Breakfast. The game drive continues after breakfast.

Pick-up time: 07:00AM. Breakfast at the lodge and check-out. Thereafter, depart Masai Mara to Lake Naivasha with a stopover at a curio market to lookout for a few souvenirs.

Arrive and take a Boat Trip to Crescent Island – Lake Naivasha is an ideal place for an amazing boat experience, with wide open waters, fantastic surrounding scenery and plenty of sights to explore. This boat trip offers an opportunity to sight plenty of birdlife (African Fish Eagle, Pelicans, Kingfishers, Herons, Jacanas, Hammerkop) and grazers up close. Off the Boat, and enjoy a Walking Safari around Crescent Island: This Island is a haven of peace and tranquillity! The island is perfect for Guided nature walks, Game viewing and Breath-taking views: It was once a scene for the popular film “Out of Africa” by Meryl Streep and Robert Redford. Thereafter, head to the lodge for lunch: The rest of the day at leisure.

Pickup Time: 07:00AM. Early breakfast and go explore Hell’s Gate National Park (Picnic lunch inclusive). Hell’s Gate National Park: Following an intense ancient geothermal activity, Hell's Gate National Park is a remarkable quarter of the Great Rift Valley! The park is 68.25sqkm in size, and stands at 1,900m ASL. Within the park is Hells Gate Gorge, lined with red cliffs which contain two volcanic plugs: Fischer's Tower and Central Tower. Off of the Central Tower is a smaller gorge which extends to the south, with a path that descends into rocky hot springs, and smelly sulphuric water. Your scenic view menu: Cliffs, Water-gouged gorges, Rock towers, and Belching plumes of geothermal steam.

Planned Adventure Activities:

  • Rock Climbing at Fischer’s Tower – Hike up to Fischer’s Tower; which is 25m/75 Ft, and formed by semi-molten rocks forced to a fissure, cooling thus solidifying.
  • Cycling at Hell’s Gate – You will as well visit the park’s hot springs, take a dip in the warm waters and relax. Visit Mervyn Carnelley Raptor Hide.
  • Soak in nature at Olkaria Hot Springs.

Return to the lodge towards the evening to refresh for dinner at leisure.

Pickup Time: 07:00AM. Early breakfast at the lodge and head out on a day trip to Mount Longonot National Park (Lunchbox from the lodge).

Planned Activity: Mount Longonot Guided Hike –Longonot is a dormant stratovolcano, which last erupted in the mid 1980’s. The name “Longonot” originates from a traditional Maasai word Oloonong’ot, meaning “mountain of many steep ridges.” At an altitude of 2,780m; hiking up to the crater rim of Mt. Longonot covers a steep total distance of 9.0km with a total of 13.5km on descending; taking between 3 to 6 hours based on the hikers pace – moderate hike. By summiting up to the crater rim, you will be rewarded with stunning views of Lake Naivasha and the Great Rift Valley. On the hike, spot numerous bird species such as red-faced barbet, Miombo wren-warbler, Gonolek, masked mountain apalis, grauer’s rush among others. Later descend and transfer back to the lodge.

Pick-up Time: 08:00AM. Early breakfast and check-out to depart Naivasha to Nairobi. The day starts with farm activities/lunch on the coffee farm.

Today’s Planned Activities: Kenya’ Finest Coffee Experience – Karunguru Coffee Farm opens at 11:00AM for a day visit. Established the Glassfords (A British Family), the farm is one of Kenya’s oldest with its first ever coffee crop planted as early as 1928, later sold to the Kariithis (Kenyan Family) in 1974 and transformed from a 300 to a 500-acre coffee farm and it is still operational. Your farm engagements include: A guided walk in the lush coffee fields |Coffee tasting experience | Explore the coffee process from seedling, large-scale grading, roasting to your cup |Explore farm products (Ground coffee, Honey and Coffee Soap). Thereafter, and continue to Nairobi.

In Nairobi, start with a tour of Nairobi National Museum – The museum was opened on 22/09/1930; to the National Museum of Kenya (1963) after Kenya’s independence; later to Nairobi National Museum (2008). Also visit the Giraffe Centre (Est.1979), founded by Betty and Jock Leslie Melville. This sanctuary is aimed at conserving the critically endangered Rothschild Giraffe! Later be dropped-off at the hotel.

Pick-up time: 06:00AM. Today wake up earlier and refresh followed by a check-out. Thereafter, transfer to your bush breakfast site; enjoy breakfast amid numerous wildlife and Nairobi skyscrapers in the backdrop –best time for a colourful sunrise photo! Next is a 3-hour Safari Nairobi National Park (The world’s urban-based wildlife park): Situated south of the city at 113sqkm, Nairobi National Park is home to large herds of zebra, Wildebeest, Buffalo, Giraffe as well as predators, with over 400 bird species. Enjoy a guided game drive in the park’s open savannah plains and backdrop of the city scrapers and the scattered acacia bush. What to expect: the endangered black rhino, lion, leopard, cheetah, hyena, buffaloes, zebras and giraffes.

After the safari, leave Nairobi to Amboseli National Park – Lunch is at a restaurant. Arrive late afternoon and check-in at the lodge to stay at leisure. Dinner is included.

Go for the Amboseli game experience – Amboseli National Park in southern Kenya, is known for its large elephant herds and views of the iconic Mount Kilimanjaro, across the border in Tanzania. Observation Hill offers panoramas of the peak and the park’s plains and swamps. Varied wildlife includes giraffes, zebras, cheetahs and hundreds of bird species. The western section is dominated by vast and seasonal Lake Amboseli.

Enjoy a wilderness safari in Amboseli National Park: The park is also known as the ‘Land of the Giants’, due to an impressive population of elephants protected here. The animals are set against breath-taking vistas of Mt Kilimanjaro, which makes an awesome backdrop to the small park. Aside from elephants, and numerous plains animals easily spotted. Rhinos are absent, but huge herds of elephants are present, alongside the Buffalo, wildebeest, Burchell's zebra and gazelles. Lions are the easiest to spot of the big cats. The park’s Observation Hill, is easily climbed and offers great views of Mount Kilimanjaro. Lunch is at the lodge followed by a Sundowner Experience on your evening safari.

Pickup Time: 06:00AM. Early breakfast and check-out – A Bush Picnic is included. Embark onto another journey to Tsavo West National Park – Land of Lava Springs, Man-Eaters and Magical Sunsets! The Tsavo man-eaters, killed construction workers of the Kenya–Uganda Railway project in 1898 and disrupted construction works for nine months

Arrive and start off with your long-day safari. The Tsavo West Safari Experience: Tsavo is also a famous “Ancient Land of Lions”. On your guided safari, you will come across spectacular sights such as; Mzima Springs, lava rocks, and Shetani Lava. Get to the Poacher's Lookout and roaring rocks for a panoramic view of the movement of wildlife. Also visit Ngulia Sanctuary a place where the endangered black rhino has found home since the 1960 poaching spree. Extend to Kenya –Tanzania boarder to explore Lake Jipe.

Enjoy a Privately Guided Safari (Long game drive) – Tsavo East is best described as an elephant’s Eden, where these massive mammals, are spotted wallowing and spraying each other with the deep-blue waters of River Galana. Take advantage of some of the world’s magnificent game drives; spot vast herds of dust-red elephants, hippos, crocodiles, leopards with a prolific bird life, amid a blazing backdrop of endless savannahs. The safari continues to Aruba Dam (north of River Voi); and get to Mudanda Rock (1.5km long) which is a favourite spot for the elephants in the dry season. Also visit Lugard’s Falls, which feature an eroded rock neck through which River Galana. A picnic lunch is included | Later back to the lodge.
