Our safari driver/guide will receive you from Entebbe International Airport for your transfer to a selected hotel in Kampala. Depending on the time of your arrival, you may be able to explore Kampala and the surroundings, as you relax and settle in.
Bordering the magnificent Lake Victoria, Uganda’s capital city - Kampala - sprawl out over a series of undulating hills and despite the development, this ‘Garden City’ is known for its tree-lined avenues. This bustling city serves as the commercial hub of the country boasting a blend of African markets, modern skyscrapers, international hotels, bars, and casinos. Depart Kampala very early for Murchison Falls National Park. This is a five to six hours’ drive. You will have lunch in Masindi (optional) and later continue to the park. You will have the opportunity to drive to the falls before you check in your lodge for an overnight.
Optional Activity: En-route to Masindi; 3 hours’ drive out of Kampala you will stopover in Masindi for lunch (optional)
Upon entrance into the park, visit the top of the falls; here you will spot a permanent rainbow right from the top as you feel the uproar of the waterfall. The view is explains why Murchison Falls is known as one of the world’s strongest waterfalls.
And soon after experiencing the perfect scenery, proceed to the ferry dock & crossover to your lodge so as check in for lunch & the rest of today at leisure.

GAME DRIVE & LAUNCH CRUISE TO THE BOTTOM OF THE FALLS
After an early breakfast, you will have a game drive through the delta circuit, reputably known for high concentrations of wildlife. Return to the lodge and spend the rest of the morning at leisure.
What to expect;
Lions, leopards including elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, hyenas, hartebeests, oribi, Uganda Kobs, chimpanzees and monkeys.
In the afternoon, you will go for the superb launch cruise on the Nile. In addition to taking you close to the base of the waterfall, the 3-hour launch trip follows a stretch of the Nile with a compelling African atmosphere. Game viewing is excellent with a stunning bird life.

• Small herds of buffalo, waterbuck, and kob

Breakfast on a leisurely morning & travel to the most beautiful safari park as you enjoy the beautiful scenery; but if well planned, and this day is scheduled Wednesday, you will have an opportunity of experiencing an authentic Karamojong cattle market, where herders buy and sell their goats, cows and chicken. It is a very interesting experience which you cannot afford to miss.
Then after the market visit, proceed to Uganda’s most remote national park, the only ‘’True African Wilderness’’ with photogenic sceneries and vegetation.
You will spend the rest of the day enjoying the Lodge with all meals here.

EXPLORE MOROTO / KARAMOJONG TRIBE & CULTURE
In the early afternoon, transfer tp Maroto and later take a scenic nature walk through the valley of Mount Moroto, the highest mountain of Karamoja. During this, you will visit a traditional village of the ‘’Tepeth’’ natives, with a chance of spending a night in the Karamojong Traditional ‘’Kraal’’ (optional). The Karamojong are related to the Masai of Kenya and live a similar lifestyle, but the difference is that Karamojong is completely unknown giving you an exclusive visit. You will also visit one of the most impressive Kraal or Manyatta of this community.
